How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, the user will be sent a reset link via email (to their register email on file)
How do I add more time to an event, If it went longer than expected?
The app will display the alarm screen with the option to snooze or close automatically if it exceeds the provided event time frame. Note that the snooze feature is a setting that defaults to 15 minutes unless closed.
Why am I limited to a maximum of 5 contacts?
A maximum of 5 contacts encourages communication with only the most trusted individuals and hinders the ability of bots and exploiters to misuse Safe Squad app as a spam/soliciting platform.
